The seasonal menu turns its back on trends, fusing local and international alike. For breakfast along side the life saving extractions, blends and tonics come the pastries, hot cakes and burrata tartines with guava jam in the morning and drunkard noodles with tiger shrimps, followed up by charred market fish for lunch and dinner, wild rice, cos hearts, lamb shoulder with sweet and sour eggplant and charred vegetables on the side.
